Field teams were receiving assignments through fragmented channels, causing planning inconsistency and execution delays. Central operations lacked timely visibility into vehicle and technician state changes.

Solution

We delivered a central dispatch board, automated route prioritization, and service completion verification workflows. A two-way sync between the mobile app and dispatch console increased planning responsiveness.

  • Dispatch scoring combined capacity, location, and time-window constraints.
  • Redis-backed live state tracking surfaced technician and vehicle transitions in real time.
  • POD plus mandatory completion checklists enforced consistent service closure quality.
